NUESTRA HISTORIA 1934 a 1946 La marca de la empresa MANFREDI ha tenido una influencia significativa en la historia de la tecnología dental italiana y europea. Todo comenzó en 1934, cuando Tino Manfredi construyó la primera soldadora de arco para soldadura fuerte de acero inoxidable, la única alternativa al oro en ese momento. Pronto la fábrica comenzó a producir hornos de precalentamiento y, uno por uno, todo el equipo necesario para el laboratorio dental. Nace la empresa SAED, que estuvo en constante desarrollo hasta la Segunda Guerra Mundial. 1946 a 1956 En los años posteriores a la guerra hubo un largo período de reconstrucción, durante el cual el sector dental italiano creció considerablemente, también gracias a la introducción de prótesis parciales removibles. Durante estos años, SAED concentró sus recursos en investigación y desarrollo, especialmente en la solución de los problemas asociados con la fusión de cromo-cobalto. 1956 a 1977 SAED presenta la primera máquina de colada por inducción: la Senior Multihertz. Este primer modelo fue seguido por muchos otros, que pronto se convirtieron en hitos durante los siguientes 60 años: Junior, Stellor, Duocast, Century, Ally, Aurum, Neutrodyn, Neutor, hasta los actuales Millennium y Smallcast, y la próxima nueva máquina independiente. 1977 a 1997 SAED cambia de nombre y pasa a ser Hermanos MANFREDI. Los años 80 consolidan el nombre de la empresa en todo el mundo, mientras que, gracias a la investigación continua, la empresa desarrolla un sistema simple y eficaz para fabricar una prótesis de titanio EASYTI SYSTEM, una tecnología patentada en 1992 que ha revolucionado la práctica de laboratorio durante muchos años para venir. 1997 a 2014 Desde 1997 MANFREDI cuenta con la certificación ISO9001. A lo largo de los años, MANFREDI se ha convertido en un actor de referencia en otros sectores, como la microfusión industrial y el sector de la orfebrería. En 2014, MANFREDI unió fuerzas con REDDISH STONE, uno de los principales fabricantes mundiales de abrasivos, abrillantadores, pulidores y discos de corte de silicona, basados en fórmulas propias. Polymerizing Machine ACRYDIG Polymerizing Unit Entirely manufactured in stainless steel Intuitive programming Water level sensor Easy water drain ACRYDIG polymerisers are made entirely of stainless steel to ensure a long service life. The special closing lid prevents vapour dispersion and condensate dripping, thus ensuring a polymerisation cycle in a steam-saturated atmosphere. The large opening and the adequate dimensions of the polymerisation tank allow a rational arrangement of the muffles. The control electronics allow single or two-stage polymerisation cycles, the management of a pre-start time, automatic shutdown at the end of the cycle and constant display of the progress of the process. These parameters allow controlled polymerisation with natural cooling, which avoids the micro-fractures of the resin caused by excessive cooling. The Acrydig is also equipped with a side tap for rapid emptying of the polymerisation chamber. The safety of the heating cycle is ensured by a sensor that constantly monitors the presence of water inside the chamber; in case of insufficient water level, the system automatically stops heating. The Acrydig family consists of two models with different capacities: 6 or 12 bracketed muffles.
