Millennium is the synthesis of 60 years of experience in the field of induction investment casting. Specially designed for the atmospheric melting of precious and non-precious alloys, it offers extremely short melting times (30 g of Cr-Co in just 60 seconds!!) and intense work cycles thanks to the EBST type solid state generator (Electronic Board Selected Tolerance – only available in the “HD” versions) capable of 40 consecutive melts.
 

The melting power is regulated by the sophisticated control system, which allows rapid but gentle melting that preserves the alloy from any alterations. The temperature of the alloy is constantly monitored by an optical system that offers a rapid and precise reading and allows an automatic melting cycle to be set. The starting and rotation speed of the motor is regulated by a microprocessor for correct injection of the molten metal. The centrifugal arm is designed to minimise noise and vibration. Thanks to the adjustable cylinder holder, it is possible to use any type of cylinder, whether metal or free-expansion. The low power consumption (only 2.4 KW) and the high performance allow the operator to work in energy saving and with maximum safety. Also available in the “S” version, without temperature control for those who wish to melt “by eye”.
